1. ORDERS
   1. Orders will only be fulfilled in writing (electronically), stating that the customer belongs to the KW Portugal network, as well as the billing details (full name, tax number and full address) and, if different, the delivery address.
   2. Orders must respect the minimum quantities communicated, and a minimum value of €25.00 per order (plus shipping costs).
   3. Once the order has been placed, Odeveiga will issue and email a proforma which must be paid by bank transfer to the Odeveiga IBAN indicated on the proforma. After payment, the receipt must be sent to the Odeveiga email address, mentioning the reference number of the online purchase. The proforma must be paid in full before any material is sent to the recipient.
   4. Unpaid proformas will be cancelled by Odeveiga 30 days after the issue of the proforma.
   5. Proformas paid for and canceled by the customer will need to be analyzed by Odeveiga to assess the costs involved. If they have not been dispatched, the payment will be refunded (within a maximum of 15 working days). If they have already been dispatched, the costs of sending and returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer who placed the order.

1. SHIPPING DEADLINES
   1. Once proof of payment has been received, the goods will be dispatched within a maximum of 5 working days (as long as stocks allow).

1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
   1. The prices shown will be valid in accordance with the conditions mentioned in the contract signed with KW ALFA.
   2. The prices shown are subject to VAT at the current rate.

1. SHIPPING COSTS
   1. Once the order has been placed, the items are made available at our premises. The customer can pick up the goods as long as they inform us in advance of the order.
   2. Orders can also be shipped to the customer’s address, with the cost of postage always borne by the buyer.
   3. Postage will be €9.50 (minimum) for shipments within mainland Portugal. Shipping costs for larger orders will be communicated on the proforma.

1. COMPLAINTS
   1. They will only be accepted if they are submitted in writing within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the articles, and duly substantiated.
   2. Goods must always be confirmed on arrival.
   3. In the event of damage, you should photograph the shipping box and the damaged item, send it by email to Odeveiga and wait for a response on how to resolve the matter.

1. RETURNS
   1. They require prior authorization and under no circumstances may they be made more than 5 days after the date of receipt of the items, or without a prior complaint.

1. TOLERANCE ON QUANTITIES DELIVERED
   1. There should be a tolerance of three units more or less for each order of more than 10 units of the same item, which will be replaced in the next order.

1. INSURANCE AND PACKAGING
   1. Items always travel at the customer’s risk in normal packaging.

1. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
   1. Odeveiga shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of the product, or for purposes for which it was not intended, nor for any loss of profits that may result therefrom.

1. EXCLUDED OBLIGATIONS

Claims for damages resulting from:

1. Improper or negligent use of the product, either by the customer or by third parties.
2. Deficient environmental conditions, such as temperature, wind and humidity, or cleaning conditions.
3. Cases of force majeure, such as fires, floods, etc…

1. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
   1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Portuguese law and for all matters arising from the interpretation and execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the parties agree that the competent court shall be the District Court of Loures.

1. CHANGES
   1. Any changes to the above General Conditions of Sale must have the express and unconditional formal written consent of Odeveiga.
