Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 and maximum of 75 at the end of the contract;
- Portuguese resident or non-resident citizen (immigrant) or foreigner with a Permanent Residence Permit;
- Employment contract (preferably permanent);
No non-compliances or incidents in the Map of - Credit Responsibilities of the Bank of Portugal;
Documentation
Once you’ve met all the requirements mentioned above to get your mortgage approved, the next step is to submit the necessary documents for analysis.
Which are:
- Identification document (Citizen Card/Identity Card or Passport);
- Proof of Income (3 most recent pay slips);
- Last year’s tax return and tax assessment note;
- Bank statements (last 3 months).
